This word came from a YouTube channel. There is a man whose name is Binod Tharu. He goes to to any random video of YouTube and write only "Binod" Indo comment.

Once a YouTube channel made a video on "antique comments" , they saw the word "Binod" what's there in in almost every video in the comment box.

The video got viral. And everyone started writing "Binod" in the comment box of the video they see. And this keyword become popular this way.

Now other people also started writing "Binod" in the comment box of youTube.

Now there is a lot of profile named Binod in youTube.

"Binod" word is spamming everywhere. Everyone thinks it is a span. But it is not so, it is manually written by users in the comment section.

So, it is not a spam.

Conclusion

We can conclude that "Binod" is the name of a person "Binod Tharu". He I started writing Binod in the comment box of every YouTube videos. YouTube channel made a video on "strange comments". In that video Binod was everywhere. So other people also started writing Binod in the comment section of YouTube videos. Therefore it is not a spam. There is no logic why binod is trending.
