Midnnight Snacks can damage your teeth! Warning by experts! 🌃🍩🍘🍪


Do you eat at midnight?
Do you feel hungry at midnight and eat snacks?
Are you a nocturnal eater?

If you eat any kind of food in the middle of the night it can seriously damage your teeth, warned by Danish experts.

Research had been held in which researchers examined medical records of 2,217 Danes (Danish citizen) and came to the conclusion that if we eat any kind of food in the middle of the night it can increase the risk of tooth loss and cavity regardless of the type of food eaten.

The University of Copenhagen team founded the flow of saliva dries up during night and enough saliva is important to remove food debris from mouth. And if there is no enough saliva the food particles will stick to the teeth cause cavity or tooth decay!

As already told above, that the team of Copenhagen University examined the medical records of 2217 Danes (Danish people). 

Out of these 173 people could be classified as nocturnal eaters --- means they eat a lot after dinner all wake up during midnight at least twice a week for a little moonlight 🌙 snacks... 🍩

After tracking the medical records of all the study participants over a period of 6 years, they came up to a very significant conclusion. " The nocturnal eaters lose more teeth than other people! "

Dentist may not be able to stop their patients from taking midnight snack, but they can warn them about the dangers of doing that.

One who wants to keep his/her teeth healthy should brush his/her teeth twice a day and one of those must be immediately before the bedtime with a flouride toothpaste. After brushing their teeth before bedtime they should eat nothing after that.

So try not to eat anything after brushing at night and brush twice a day in order to keep your teeth healthy forever.
